Friday 25 September 2026 | 12 noon to 2pm | Lunch included
Step away from the “busy-ness” of everyday life and give yourself two hours to pause, breathe and discover what a retreat could offer.
So much of life is spent responding to what other people need from us. Work, relationships, family and everyday responsibilities can fill every available moment, leaving little room to ask what we need or where we would like life to take us next.
Join Judeline for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon at Flemings Hall, where you can enjoy lunch, take part in an introduction to wellbeing and mindfulness, and explore the beautiful setting chosen for the Limitless Possibilities retreat.
You do not need to have attended a retreat before or be ready to book one now. This taster is for any woman who is curious about taking time away from the everyday to reconnect with herself, find greater clarity and consider what her next chapter might hold.
The afternoon offers a gentle introduction to some of the ideas at the heart of Limitless Possibilities:
· Creating calm amid the noise of everyday life
Deepening your understanding of yourself
Making space for greater clarity and confidence
Recognising and honouring what is already strong within you
This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about giving yourself the space to breathe, reflect and discover what might be waiting to flourish.
12 noon to 12.45pm: Welcome and lunch
Arrive, settle in and enjoy lunch as Judeline introduces the thinking behind Limitless Possibilities.
12.45pm to 1.30pm: Wellbeing and mindfulness
Judeline will lead a gentle introductory session, helping you pause, reconnect and experience a little of what time on retreat could offer.
1.30pm to 2pm: Tour of Flemings Hall
Explore the property and discover the surroundings selected for the retreat experience.
Come alone or share the experience
You are very welcome to attend by yourself, but you can also invite friends, colleagues or family members who may benefit from taking a little time for themselves.
The taster is free and lunch is included. There are only 25 places available, so each person attending will need to reserve her own place.
